Hell yes! Jamie Bulgers Murderers should never have had the opportunity to get out of jail and live a normal life...
-
They should not,for these people are young and make mistakes, thus should not be subject to the same sentences.Prisons are too crowded as it is. As teens there are under peer pressure to do the wrong things and that would be the time to cut them some slack. If it got to the point of sentencing them long sentences where will it stop, will we be sentencing 9 year olds next.

I worked for a company that did surveys of prisons. I tested the juveniles in all types of detention, from group homes to max. There are some evil kids in the max. I know if given the chance to harm another, it wouldn't mean anything more to them as a single blink does. Every situation has to be weighted by itself.

Yes.

Yes, as it stands there is no real deterrence for a juvenile to commit murder. Any crackhead punk that would just as soon kill you as leave you to identify them after robbing you, deserves to be put away for good. Juvenile crime has gotten way out of hand. If they're old enough to do the crime then they're old enough to do the time.

A you wanted grow up and being gangsta and do things like a gangsta then you should get the same treatment like a gangsta.

I fell in love with a man in 1986. His brother shot him to death in 1989 just because he wouldn't give him the keys to the car. His brother was 15. He went to juv. hall for 3 years and got out.. with no punishment. I lost the love of my life and future husband and father of my children. To this day it enrages me that he could take a life and be out in 3 years with a clean record. I am not sure I believe 12 year olds have the mind set to understand why murder is wrong, etc but I believe that 14, 15, 16 years old do and they should be punished. My best friend, bf, fiance, and love of my life died needlessly and I have never loved again nor will I ever love again and his brother gets 3 years.. So, you are dam* right I think they should.
