No, get sea salt or kosher salt or organic additive-free salt. Any salt is ok, it's just that most table salt has anti-caking agents, like bone meal, or things like iodine that aren't good for piercings. Epsom salt is something else entirely, not really salt at all. If plain sea salt soaks don't help, add one or two drops of tea tree oil into the soaks. Don't use alot, it's drying and can irritate your skin if not diluted. After soaking you can use VERY gentle pressure with a cotton bud on the bump, to see if it drains a little. Don't force anything out. If nothing comes, wait until the next soak. Also, don't touch it without washing your hands, and don't touch it at all unless you're washing it.
