A man who is comfortable with his own sexuality does. As NickGhost said, most men think themselves to be gay if they allow any kind of play at their back door. A straight man (myself) has all of the same nerve endings that a gay man does. The truth of the matter is it feels incredile. If more men would grow up and drop the social stigma, then you'd most likely get a flood of responses indicating that men, in general, acknowledge their assholes to be a great pleasure center for them. I personally know that I enjoy it a great deal. On the flipside, sadly, many women feel the same sort of judgement about a man experiencing anal stimulation of any kind.
