  • Keeping your cool, remaining objective, no slander/potty mouth. And absolutely no violence!!
  • Take some sugar or chocolate or any sweet... drink a cup of tea or coffee and get away from that place... :)
  • If possible, I get away from them. If nothing important is at stake, then the conflict itself isn't important.
  • Analize the situation in all its angles before saying anything. There is no "one party" conflict or confrontation. And, it is imperative that everyone involve have the opportunity to express their point of view. Someone has to step up and keep the order without overpowering. And remember, sometimes, no action is the best course of action.
  • If you are in the conflict get an arbitrator agreed by both parties and sit down together for a win win solution.Give and take always works.First of all everyone must have the desire to end the conflict amicably or otherwise no point solving it.
  • I try to avoid conflicts the best I can, if I can't I try to keep level headed or walk away. (I've only just recently had to exert myself to chase some 14 year old kids out of my yard at 11pm...since I had lost one chihuahua to poisoning I am very defensive of my property.)
  • Do what I do... Don't Go Outside.
