To answer your first question, nobody is put in the Penalty Box without a good reason. To answer the second, I highly doubt it. Since nobody except Staff and CLs know who is in the PB, how do you know it's not currently full of Obama sheep/liberals?

No one is PB for NO reason. I answer a lot of political questions, and there are some very offensive radical people that do deserve to PBed. Most times they start calling people names, because they arent intelligent enough to debate or explain their position. AB, is a community of people with different view points.

Maybe because the 'obama sheep' don't run around AB moaning and insulting everyone who disagrees with them, unlike a good number of conservatives. it's getting boring now.
