  • Way too big brother. Creepy to the max.
  • Google is doing a great service. Where else could we hope to have a birds eye view of any place on earth? NASA or other satellite owning Governments will not let common folk anywhere near their database. Google Earth and Google Maps are two of the finest services available on the net as of date. We the ordinary folk must thank Google for that. If you call Google Big Brother for this service all I will say is that Google is indeed the Big Brother where internet is concerned and I have no resentment or complaint over that.
  • I agree with Naffee.
  • it is a lttle scary.
  • Big brother is when it's done by government. Since Google is private enterprise, by definition anything they do to make money is OK, isn't it?
  • I went on Google maps and now they have pictures of the addresses. Not all of them have it but my home was. It was garbage day and my daughter was over....LOL....Check your address out and see if your place is right there.....
  • Yeah I can literally navigate through my street... I could read the license plates on some of the cars... it's awesome LOL :)
  • were already there ~ satellites are standing by in outer space that can watch your every move, should the "powers that be" so desire. who knows what those paranoid or bored government workers are checking out this very minute... as for google earth, yes its disturbing that the corporate world is jumping into the fray. they already have amassed quite the database complete with photos. knowledge is power. hopefully, they dont use the information they glean from the cameras for unethical purposes...
