What is the point of putting more than one question mark at the end of a question?(??)

I think it is because they are trying to draw attention to it. Just like CAPS LOCK WHICH IS ANNOYING.

I would say that if someone is really desperate for the answer, they would do that. The emphasize it too. Or it comes by habit like me![!!]

There isn't any real reason. it makes the mood of the question seem more informal, yet urgent.

Agree with the others, but enthusiasm for asking the question could also be a factor. I use multiple excalamtion points for emphasis when writing enthusiastically.
