  • I liked it when I had one. It was Teflon coated, so the heat couldn't be set to the best stir-fry temperature, and coating eventually wore to a point where I was afraid to use it. I don't know whether one is made with just uncoated steel or stainless steel. However, it was at its best when it kept the soup boiling for Mongolian Hot-Pot--my favorite meal!
  • I never have. I like cooking with flames. But, currently, I have an electric stove, so I suppose if I were to use my wok, it would be similar...
