  • Get your blood pressure checked. I might be wrong but it sounds like high blood pressure.
  • Most likely, your breathing is very irregular and your brain isn't getting enough oxygen. Oxygen depravation causes headaches. the best way to avoid this is with steady, deep rythmic breaths and regular breaks when you are panting to regain your calm.
  • dehydration perhaps..
  • I thought you needed a brain to get headaches:)...just kidding. I've never had one except for a couple of concussions.
  • Maybe you are dehydrated due to exercising and sweating?? try drinking more water.
  • I get them to, it's a common problem, try popping some ibuprofen before or after you exercise, if it keeps occurring ask a doctor, there might be an underlying cause to it. If you normally get headaches; the exercising is just triggering one.
  • Your sugar level may be on low side. Be sure to eat energizing snack prior to workout and drink during exertion
