My body experiences these changes. My muscles seem to get bigger, my clothes begin to rip and I turn an awful shade of green.

I never get "super mad". But if I ma really angry, I generally wait minutes or hours before confronting the person who may have been responsible. This keeps me from saying something for which we both may be sorry.

I only got supermad once in my life and I scared myself. I learned to never allow myself to let anything escate to that point again. Whatever the source of the anger..if I feel it escalating, I remove myself from the situation..immediately! Happy Thursday! :)

If I'm just mad, I go driving! If i'm really mad I go shopping! If I'm beyond that, I drive to somewhere and go shopping! Earlier this year my GF and I drove to LasVegas and Shopped and Shopped. Stayed at the Venitian and said Screw the World, we were just going to be selfish!

I lock myself in my bedroom, put on some good music, usually light up some candles, while I take deep breaths and try to calm down. IF I'm not at home, I try to disassociate myself from the situation, and lock myself into my own world heh ..

it depends on how angry, i usually just grit my teeth and hav a rant in my head! i will usually walk away from the situation and hit somthing like a chocolate tin or caard board bag!:S
