No, for a church is about the welfare of the soul, and not of the parking lot. Let them park in the grass or across the street if they have to!

Not at all. My congregation has lousy parking but the message being given and the love of the congregation is most important. I would walk several blocks if I have to and sometimes I do.

Nah. Our church has maybe a dozen places where you can park, mostly dirt or grass. And we serve about 400 poor people every week. Most come by bus or are walk-ins. Last year, the brownshirts at Code Enforcement tried to shut us down, and parking was one of the issues they tried to use against us. Fortunately, enough people shouted them down at the meeting that they realized they'd better keep their hands off.
