How do i delete photos/tunes off and ipod touch?

When your iPod is connected to your computer, open up itunes and go to the iPod tab. Find the photos tab and uncheck whatever photo albums you dont want on there. As for music, if you have "only sync checked songs" on then uncheck the songs you dont want.
