How can you diffrentiate between a description of short chains of tapeworm segments in the stool & residual vegetable remainders in stool macroscopically?

If you have seen tape worms (microspopic exam) they do look like little segment, can also be seen with naked eye. Veg. matter would have undescribed shapes, colors. Tape worms look gray to tan in color. Once you see them and realize what they are, you will be able to tell the difference, pratice practice practice.... there might be some stains available now, I learned during the 'old school times'
