Does anyone have a free paypal account that i can have that doenst have money in it???? pretty please?? i dont have a card but i would really use the paypal account so i can make money from surveys.

that is illegal. you have to have ur own account. If you made money off surveys, it would go into the account of the person's whose name is on the account and they would get the $ not you. . Accounts are free to start just start one. You will have to link it with a bank account or credit card to be acccept payments for doing surveys. though

Oh, that's not quite how PayPal accounts work. People don't just have spare ones laying around. Even if there is no money in the account itself, it is attached to one or more bank accounts that the owner can transfer funds from. Certainly not something people give away to random kids on Answerbag. Besides, if you ever wanted to pay your own PayPal fees or transfer any of the money to your bank account instead of the PayPal account owner's, you'd need to attach your own bank info anyway. You'll just have to open a new account with your own banking information. Opening an account is free though, and pretty easy, so if you really want one, that's the way to do it. Just a warning though -- those online surveys are almost always more trouble than they're worth.

Be careful .. most legal survey company will send you check if you don;t have paypal account.

Then go to paypal.com and open one. if you're lucky enough to find a genuine 'pay for surveys' setup. Anyone who does let you use their paypal account deserves all they get.

You need to get your own account. You can't use someone else's as it will go into their bank. Yes, your money would go into their bank, not yours. SO just open your own account. All you will need is your own bank account and enter that info in Paypal. There is no charge.
