  • Cindys ---- you did the correct thing in reporting the incident to HR, having it documented, ect. Workplace rules that are violated as you reported, if not corrected, leaves you with legal recourse should the employer ignore it. the fact the person apoligized is good, and hopefully it is over with. If it reoccurs, go back to HR one more time and inform them if this is not rectified, you will indeed retain legal counsel, contact EEOC or the Labor Board of your state. Best of luck to you
