It would loose alot of smokers but gain alot of non-smokers, alot of people smoke, but alot do not, it is kinda a tossup, but i'd say non-smokers

It probably wouldn't matter either way. I mean most of the restaurants these days dont allow smoking, but they are still just as full as before. If someone wants to smoke they can always wait and go outside.

What most hotels do is they have designated smoking floors that tend to be towards the top of the building. I think it would lose customers if these rooms were gone.

I think it would definitely lose them. In a town near us they passed an ordinance that you could either be a non-smoking establishment or you could allow smoking but then no children would be allowed to enter. 3 places that went non-smoking altogether (because they wanted to allow children at their establishments)went out of business.
