It is good that you recognize this and admit it. most abusers do not think they have a problem and always blame the victim. there are always counseling avenues. every city has a community counseling agency which is based on income if you don't have insurance. If nothing else call a local hospital or any mental health agency..they can guide you

There are support groups available for most any kind of abuser, as well as those being abused. The first and biggest step is realizing you have a problem. Kudos to you for recognizing, and admitting to yourself, that you have a problem. You can find many support groups on any search engine. Good luck!
