Not really, I can easily play games and hold a conversation at the same time, I've done it often. Though, you do have to be alone to get engrossed in a game that has a big story, but if someone were to talk to me I wouldn't tell them to f off lol.

I'd say that is a given if you care how you do you have to concentrate - true of all sorts of things not just pinball. let me reword the question and tell me what you think... "Have you got really focused in driving, that you wouldn't let anyone talk to you?"
