  • No, Jesus is not God. The Bible clearly shows that. Jesus is God's son. Here Jesus was doing God's will, so of course he gives God credit for this miricle.
  • Yes, Jesus is God. 1 John 5:7 tells us that the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost are one.(In the King James Version, anyway. The NIV alters it, which is part of the reason why I only believe in the KJV.) John 1:1 tells us that the Word (Jesus) was God. Some newer versions of the Bible try to change it to "a god", but if Jesus were only "a" god, then the Bible would be contradicting itself because God said in Isaiah 44:6 that beside Him there is no God. Jesus being called our Saviour would also be contradicting itself if He were not God because God Himself said in Isaiah 43:11 that beside Him there is no saviour. The Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit are one. Many claim that the Bible deny's Christ's Deity, but on the contrary, the Bible supports it all the way! Thank you and God bless you!
  • Jesus and God are clearly the same if you do read the Bible. God is the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. The Bible states that Jesus was God in the flesh and had to come to earth as a newborn.
  • John 17:3- (Jesus speaking) "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true god, and of the one who you sent forth, Jesus Christ. I have glorified you on earth, having finished the work you have given me to do."
  • Jesus could have simply said what I ( Jesus ) have done for you?????? Then that will make sense, but he said GOD. If Jesus is God may (God forgive us) then what about Moses? He had Powers?
  • Jesus tells us OVER and OVER, his power and authority are from his FATHER. Without him he would be nothing. Same as us.
