Get thee to a dentistry

Try 800mg of ibuprofen or Aleve (naproxen gen). They are both intended to reduce the swelling and help the blood vessels so that pain in the area lessens!

Get to a dentist. He/she will either fix the tooth or pull it. This will ease the pain and keep you from developing an infection (which you may already have). Also 2 500 mg Tylenol every 8 hours.

There is nothing you can do except get it fixed. You have an exposed nerve. THat is why it is hurting so much.

You might have developed an abscess in the tooth so the best thing you can do is see a dentist asap. In the meantime, chewing gently on cloves may help.
