  • i would suggest talking to a doctor for some high strength sleeping pills
  • I had this problem too at a period of my life. It's really bad and annoying... I know how you feel, i am really sorry. So, my problem was because of my hormones. They were unstable and were letting me to sleep about half an hour per day!! Drink no coffee, energy drinks and eat foods with less sugar at nights for letting you relax for sleeping. You can also try one and only glass of red wine..it makes you sleepy. Don't drink more than one glass because it will bring you opposite results!! REMEMBER, if something of those things work that means it will help you for one night. You have to see a doctor.. Thanks for reading...good luck with your issue.
  • I cannot give you a one size fits all answer, especially as your problem is a chronic one, but I did complete this questionnaire when I was having a bad patch and thought that the advice was very useful. Give it a try. http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/sleep/profiler/
