My fiance is a boob whore and sometimes during parties will ask girls to show him their boobs (he did this once at a party I was at but I didn't see it). He tells me this and doesn't try to hide it, but is it cheating for an engaged guy to do this?

Well, it's kind of impolite in many ways. But if he's (1) telling you and (2) looking and not touching or trying to go out with the girls, I'd say it's not really cheating.

It's crude but not cheating and in no way should he be touching, even with clothes ON

It's not cheating but it is inappropriate behaviour and what's more worrying is that he sees nothing wrong with it

For me, this would be betraying me and disrespecting me. Does that equal cheating? I don't know. I don't think it matters since the result would be the same. BTW, just because he tells you about it doesn't make it any less hurtful. In fact, it makes it more hurtful. He could be trying to see where your personal boundaries/limits are and what he'll be able to get away with when you are married. If you don't want him cheating on you with a full fledged affair, put your foot down now!
