I know a church that is being told they are getting millions wired to them from overseas. The leader is stating its is linked to the panamal canal expansion fund. its been 1 yr and he is saying the money transfer was stoped by the us gov. its real shady

- No, never heard of it. Is the guy prone to fantastical stories or is he as baffled as you? Either way sounds like the authorities are onto it so I wouldn't worry.
