I read the headline news first as it is at the front. I used to read it backwards, but I got sick of having to go past all the classifieds.
-
I go straight for the LOCAL section. You can't believe what's on the Front Page, that stuff is just there to SELL the paper.
-
The comics. Our local paper is useless.
-
Classified, we need to find a house. And that is usually the only reason I buy a paper. :)
-
The headlines front page

The beginning the headlines.

The obituaries, I'm looking for some good news. :D *quote* Hate might as well be love, you think about the person just as much. ~ Marilyn Manson

I start at the front and work my way to the back, skipping the sports section and the classifieds.

On Sundays, the Sports, since I have already watched the news on TV. During the week, the main/first section.

-

Sadly, I am very regimented when it comes to this topic..always front to back, always. Further, when I've been away and papers have collected, I always read the earlier ones first..in orderly fashion..and end up with the latest one. I've tried to do otherwise and I simply can't! :)
-
The horoscope pages even tho I dont believe in them I still like looking! :) lol
-

To be honest, the very first thing I read is usually the quirky stuff like Giant Snake Found in Washing Machine (VERY strange here since we don't have snakes), then once I've confirmed to myself that this is, in fact, a very weird world, I read the political news - and realise that fact all over again. (There's a few snakes in politics too)
-
Classifieds to look for jobs, front page to see what's happening around me, and opinion to see what other people think about the hottest issues of the day.
-
I will read the newspaper from front to back, skipping over the Sports section entirely.
-
I may pull out the funnies first if it's Sunday's paper. But usually I just start from the front page and read through it.
