YES! Argh, especially people who post in all caps when it's a really unimportant, non-emergency question. Or people who post non-sensical questions. I never downrate though for some reason.

Believe me, if I ever want to smack someone for saying stupid shit, it would be for my own satisfaction, not to put their common sense back where it's supposed to be....that would be assuming, of course, that they have common sense at all.
