  • Here's what I do. I visualize the beach..I look out at the ocean and watch the waves..going out, coming in, rhytmic pattern, quiet, peaceful, beautiful because the sun is shining and I see diamonds amidst the waves. That always calms me down, as if by magic. Maybe it will work for you! Happy Saturday! :)
  • Duuude, MUSIC! Get out your Ipod and let the rhythms vibrate through you and calm you down. I'm always listening to music, when I'm mad I just crank the volume up. I forgot who said this, but there's an awesome quote that goes "Music is to the Soul as Water is to the Body"
  • I just excuse myself and go calm down. Then I go back and deal with the situation. It is very important to deal with things once you are calm and not use anger as an excuse to avoid things.
