I think once the AB staff approves an offensive flag of an answer or even of a question, I think it is nixed for all intents and purposes. In short, yes, they do.

Answerbag deletes answers that are nonsense, spam or offensive... when such answers are brought to their attention by the members via feedback or flagging.

Yes if its obviously offensive and flaged by AB users.
