I have heard that people with blue eyes are a bit more likely to have mypopia, but I have never read any reasearch on the subject. Asians are known to have a higher prevalence of myopia, and there eyes are brown. That is all I know!

I cannot see how, unless eye colours have a relation to attracting friends, in which case if you're got none, then book & PC would be your friends, so you'll lose your eyesight quicker. A total wonderland, of course.,, though it would be interesting to know if there is a research of some sort somewhere on this, just out of pure curiosity, since you cannot alter you eye colour in anyway. Or at least just yet, hah!
