  • Well..I think in cases like this is down to poor parenting...i was scared to my wits if I did anything bad, as i knew it would come back to haunt me!! The parents should be fined, and as a result give the child appropriate amount of discipline! Paretns might not see this as fair, but a child will get away with murder if it is allowed to, and how do we learn right from wrong? Chances are they let him run riot, stay out all night, he probably smokes dope!

  • Jeez, that kid needs more than just punishment. He needs help. I don't want him running loose when he's older, there's enough psychopaths running around as there is.
  • I think it's fine he can't be prosecuted, but his parents should be. They were supposed to be supervising him. The boy should also have a psychiatric evaluation and therapy. Children by nature are not that evil, there's definitely something wrong with him.
