games ^_^ most people have them on there computers... other than that.. probably microsoft word, excel, powerpoint etc.

If most computers are used to go online, I think a browser would be a good choice.

It would have to be Browsers. They're portals to the internet, which is the main reason why millions of people bother to buy a computer.

That would be adobe text software. Every OS has adobe in it to some extent.

Off the top of my head, I would say Internet Explorer since most PCs run Windows and a fair number of them are online. Many people are perfectly content with the default browser that comes pre-installed with Windoze. Solitaire is also pretty high up on the list, I would think. Next would probably be a toss-up between MS Office or Apache. I say Apache because there are a LOT of servers.
