That is such a small error that it will not be dismissed in court. Police officers are human, too, so they make small errors such as transposing numbers, and I would say that this one will be overlooked. Something small like this is akin to the officer charging a person with No Insurance 1st offense instead of No Insurance 2nd offense when it was their second time and can be ammended by the prosecutor, besides, it doesn't really matter what the officer said the fine is, it matters what the state says the fine is. In summary, as long as the officer's speed reading on your vehicle was correct, you are pretty much out of luck on this one.
