I've heard it said that females are easier to train but love and repetition is what it takes. If you know that it works you know what you've got to do. I know the same thing had happened to me, what I've found is find you someone that you can be accountable to or better yet someone that is on the same diet. I haven't been specifically on the South Beach Diet but I was on one that was similar so I know what it's like to gain weight back and it can be quiet disturbing....

Low carbs, I would suggest the Atkins diet. Not for a long time but in a week you can easily drop up to twenty or more pounds. I wouldn't recommend it as a long term diet because it doesn't give you all the nutrients that your body needs. It's not the most healthy diet but it definitely works and the pounds shed of quickly.

Don't worry about them, it's your cardiovascular that you should be focusing on. If you want to sweat go find you a hot sauna, or you can buy body suits to make you sweat while your working out.

This was a demonstration to his disciples. Very simply put, if we as Christians don't bear fruit we die spiritually because a believer is suppose to bear fruit. For example as Christians we our suppose to win souls for the Kingdom of God.

Your first interest is your relationship with one another. You guy's need to focus on friends that both of you can agree with.
