Is this legal Probably not, I would think if everything is in place the lender is holding the title for you. The other guy's problems are his problems. If you got the loan from the dealer you might need a lawyer to sort this out. If it was from a bank call the bank make sure they have the title then tell the dealer to F off.

Hi! I just bought the sony slimline ps2, but have no idea how to hook it up. The back of my tv doesn't have the white hook up, just 3 yellow and 2 red ones. I've tried everything and it wont work at all! Any help would be great. Your TV doesn't support stereo sound. Make sure the yellow from the PS2 is going into the yellow input on the TV. Then change the channel on the TV to Aux, line-in, channel 0, or game (it is different on many TVs). If you want sound, hook up the red from the PS2 to the input red on the TV. You won't need to do anything with the white cord from the PS2.

I'm Chinese and it seems to me I can never have a white girlfriend, it seems like Asian males are out of competition, just google"get white girls" and you'll see many links about why Asian guys can't get white girl and I didn't even mention Asian, why? Brakes are grabing/pulsating after long highway trips-30+miles. ABS light comes on. Once the car cools, brakes are fine until they get hot again. Pads/rotors/mastercylinder have been replaced. Sensor has been reset and the hub sensor ckd out ok. Help! Can you disconnect the ABS system from the brakes? If it still does this then you would know it wasn't the ABS. Depending on the age of the car you may want to just leave it unconnected instead of a costly ABS repair.
