Why am I so cold all the time? All over my body I'm frozen even when its hot. I'm not sick, its been like this for months. I even wear a coat to wash my face for bed, I'm too scared to take it off because its so horrible to be so cold and stiff. You could be very anemic. If your BMI is too low, that can cause you to be cold all the time too. I used to be anorexic with my BMI down to 17. I was absolutely freezing all the time. During the summer, I would wear sweatshirts to bed, and I would hardly leave my room during the winter except to go to school. I don't know your situation, but that was just my experience.
