You could go to the beach, plan some backyard fun (we have a slip'n'slide in our family ; it's basically just a massive tarp thing you slide down but it is SO MUCH FUN) they are cheap, but you need detergent. that's a big age difference but later on it won't matter. What do you need? You sound sort of like you're trying to satisfy yourself above her. If her job really is tiring to the point of exhaustion, talk to her and see if there are any ways to tone it down and remember to honour her and do things to satisfy her above yourself, she'll love you for it :)

I think it can release tension, but don't use it 100% of the time. Only when someone's being stupid. Then you get to use it to illustrate how dumb they are. Quite fun.
Also, it can be rude. It often depends on who you are addressing, and the context of the conversation.

Choose the one who you are closest to. If you love your biological father but haven't spent much of your life with him, and love your step father more than ask your step father. Or vice-versa. If you love them both equally, have one on either side. By the way, unless they are good friends, don't have them sit together at the wedding.
