From my own experience if you live with someone and it doesnt work out, it is very difficult for it to then work part time as there is a loss of closeness which is painful. It may be better to move on, unless you can move back in after sorting out what made you unhappy.

This is because of insecurity. He is not handling the separations too well, and its bringing up some issues for him.

One can only try to come to terms with the loss, and accept what has happened and grieve naturally.

Can a person be addicted to another person? (2009-08-26)
I guess so but what I would say it that one doesnt get addicted to the person, rather to the feelings that arise from being with them. It is well known in co-dependency, it doesnt matter who the person is, as long as they show signs of care, etc, we get addicted, and if they withdraw and another person comes along the addiction moves !

In the UK, in offices and shops the minimum working temperature acceptable is 16 celsius, but there are exceptions with those working with chilled and frozen foods, and outdoor workers.

4 or 5 showers with one towel then wash it. In between each shower, it dries fully on the stair rails.

Incidently I have a thigh bone and a skull on my Buddhist shrine/altar . I found the thigh bone on a beach and bought the skull from a medical student. I dont use them as a flute and cup, but I use them to contemplate death, and so to work with the fear of death and ultimately embrace death as part of the dance of life.

Once someone has died, Buddhism sees the bones, as just bones. Though it is good still to be respectful, I think there is no harm to be done in using them for ritual, as long as the families feelings are borne in mind.
If they cannot be identified, and skulls are just found, I think it is okay for them to be used for ritual and contemplation of death.
Using them as cups and flutes breaks down...

If one is kept awake for excessive periods exhaustion (bodily and mental) sets in, and the organs begin to suffer stress without sufficient rest. Without proper rest the heart can simply fail and thus you die.
Also if the brain doesnt have proper rest the brain chemistry can imbalance with serious consequences.

the intention was to take the bone so as to meditate and reflect on death, and develop a positive attitude toward death - and at the same time maintain a gratitude for the "owner" of the bone and wish that consciousness well.
