there are some simple rules I learned from working at customer service for a large airline. #1 lower your own voice..the person yelling will lower their´s as well....#2 always initially agree with the person..or a least appear to be listening to them...#3 smile....it is really difficult to yell at someone who is smiling at you.

Everybody plateaus at some point...don't let it get you down...remember you are building muscle as well and muscle weighs much more than fat.Go by how your clothing fits more than the actual numbers. I have a new mac lion and it automatically corrects spelling errors...which is a little irritating sometimes because my spelling is fine...and it is a pain when I deliberately mispell words. I don't know how to turn it off...but I suspect there is a way that I can.

when it's all you ever do...or in my case for 3 months after hip replacement surgery (I cannot sit with my hips and knees at the same level)...my knees always have to be 2" below my hips to avoid dislocating the new joint.

I know someone who used to be her advisor and brief her onboard aircraft as to where she was going and who she was supposed to meet, etc. However, he also told me that usually she had done all her homework ahead of time and was really on top of it. I suspect that she has someone write her speeches, but she goes over them with a fine-toothed comb.

I once lived with a compulsive liar (not for long), but he would lie about everything---even inconsequential minor things. I never understood why. He even got dressed in a suit every day and went to work (I didn't realize until later that he didn't have a job to go to:()...odd behaviour to say the least.

as little as possible in Puerto Vallarta...we are not there for the $1000 tan...when you live there you tend to avoid the sun as much as possible...walk on the shady side of the street...stand under a tree waiting for a bus, etc.
However, in Vancouver, we enjoy the sunshine because it is never that strong:)
