When I take a nap, I always wake up extremely hot and confused as opposed to when I sleep in bed overnight and wake up less confused and a normal temperature. Why might this be? Our body does not know whether you're going to sleep for 2 hrs or 8 hrs so it goes into deep sleep. Naps should be shorter than 60 min or else you end up waking up exhausted because its like you could not complete your sleep.
