How can I cure this? i have pulled AC in my shoulder, and what helped me was when i wake up and before i go to bed i either take a hot bath, (with or without Epson salt, found at any drug store) or i take a very hot heating pad for about 15-20 mins, or longer if needed, but i don’t recommend putting ice on it, only after you use it.
