Help answer this question below.

My 10 year old female pomeranian is constantly licking her vulva. The area is swollen. She has not been feeling herself lately. What is the problem?

I guess if she was unaltered you'd recognize this as a heat cycle. I have a feeling that's not the case, though. It's possible she has an infection. Please take her to the vet. Sorry I can't be more help.

Dog's nose is healthy/moist but from black it got pink spots in July, not right for breed. She has Orijen kibble and drumsticks. Any ideas?
