I HAVE A SAMSUNG TV AND A BLACK SQUARE POPS UP ALL THE TIME DURING A SHOW. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

It could be your closed captioning settings. This happened to a TV I once had. Check those and make sure captions is turned OFF.
