Which city or state has the worst drivers, and why?

    Beijing, China-

    Pedestrians are treated as obstacles, bicyclists ride in all the traffic lanes, and drivers substitute the horn for turn signals before changing (swerving) lanes.

    The general rule is to just keep moving at a constant speed- even if it means cutting people off or driving on the wrong side of the road.

    Paint is wasted to mark lanes.
