Is it cheating if my bfriend stays friends w his female coworker after she has been disrespectful to me? & if he wants to conti. his friendship do you think there is something going on more than friendship, if he doesn't understand my feelings on this?

no, its not cheating. you can view him as not respecting your wishes, but they are friends. he has friends, you have friends and together yal have friends. That is houw it should be anyway. His perception of what happened between the to of you my be different than yours. Individuals are free to have the friends of their choosing. I dont pick my wifes friends nor do I like all of them. If they disrespect me, its up to her to make a decision based on her analysis. I wont be mad at her, unless it was VERY bad and wrong. I think she would make the right decision though...
My wife walked in when we first started dating and my "girl" friend was sitting on my lap. My wife got mad and walked out. I told her, the friend was here long before her and will be here long after her. We since married, the "girl" friend was in my wedding and they too are friends now. So it is possible to have a wife and a Girl friend.
