I've ment people who say sumthing out of hand and they hurt the person's feeling but they dont feel they've done anything out of hand, and i've met those who've messed up and actually apologised because they knew wat they did was wrong, and i have met those who kno they've messed up but havent and wont apologize..and because of that friendships were broken and never were renewed..so y r people like this?? plz tell me anything that would do to answer this question..thnx :)
