In a few words a cheese knife is one that is designed to avoid the cheese to stick to it. And that is what differentiate it from a regular knife (the non-stick property).

There are many types, as there are types of cheese...tall, short, long, with holes, without holes.

If you are a cheese lover, is a good thing to have...you will really appreciate not having to pull every piece of cheese you cut from the knife.
