No, I think rape is on the rise because people, in general, no longer have God in their lives. They do not put God first, nor do they want to do what is right. They fall to their tempations and show no self control.

I don't understand the answer. Some young girls now days are pefectly capable of doing the initiating etc. So, if the adult is knocked out and then sobers up he is then charged with statuory rape. Being a man makes you automatically guilty, is that it?
