How to reduce cast delay?

    First, let's make something clear:
    >> CAST DELAY is the time between spells, the few seconds you have to wait before being able to cast again.
    >> CAST TIME is the time it takes you to cast the actual spell. For example, the spell Magnus Exorcimus takes 15 seconds to cast for a priest with only 1 DEX.

    These two are often confused with the other. Having said that, I will now tell you that there is only one LEGITIMATE way to speed up cast delay: have a bard with you and use his BRAGI'S POEM. This cuts down cast delay to almost zero.
