A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. What does it mean to you? And do you agree with it?

    It certainly doesn't mean that the National Guards can bear arms so they can protect us from the Fedgov in the event of a conflict.

    Because the National Guards are now federalized and follow the orders of the Prez!
