Help answer this question below.

Why are people homophobes? Is there a reason to be so hatefilled. It really sickens and disheartens me.

    what about the other side of things ? like when people label someone me as a homophobe just because i'm not bi.all my so called "friends" (males) are bi, and they accuse me of being a homophobe for not wanting them to touch me.they've even ended our friendships because of it.i have no males friends at all and i used to have 100.so now i'm labed as this hateful person who "sickens you ".so am i hateful because i don't want guys to touch me at all or is this different than a real homophobe ?
    all humans can be hateful and sickening.
