How do you get rid of nervousness and anxiousness?

    I think you need to take everything as it comes, and not worry about the future. When you reach the situation, then just concentrate on what you are doing and take deep breaths. Maybe have a sip of water or something and try to distract yourself with something funny or calming. This helps your body to relax, instead of it being all tense. Just try your best at everything and see what you can do!
